It might be Italian but that's hardly the original paint! Surely they could have matched it.

Italians aren't reknown for their restoring-skills either I suppose ;-)

And yes I can tell: My '71 Dino Coupé had an Italian paint-job when I bought it and I wasn't impressed. 'Pissed' matches the emotional description far better.
